The story+
Muslin is the cloth this region has been famous for since long before any of us were born, and it still takes a skilled weaver most of a week to finish a saree this fine. Ours is woven in Jashore on a pit loom, left in its natural off-white, and finished with a hand-rolled edge rather than a machine hem. It weighs almost nothing on the shoulder and drapes in soft, close folds — the saree for a long summer wedding day.

Care & repair+
Wipe with a dry cotton cloth after a humid day and condition leather twice a year — we include a tin of our beeswax balm with every leather piece. Keep jute out of prolonged damp and air it in the shade, never in direct Dhaka sun. Any seam that opens, we restitch free of charge, forever.
