Delivery times
Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same working day. Inside Jashore and Dhaka city you will usually receive your bag within 24–48 hours. Elsewhere in Bangladesh, expect two to four working days through our courier partners.
Charges
- Orders over ৳5,000 — free delivery nationwide
- Inside Dhaka — ৳70 standard, ৳150 express
- Outside Dhaka — ৳130 standard, ৳250 express
Cash on delivery
Available in all 64 districts with no advance payment. For orders above ৳15,000 outside Dhaka we ask for a ৳500 advance via bKash or Nagad to confirm the booking.
Returns & exchange
If a piece is unworn and still folded in its original packaging, you may exchange it within seven days of delivery. Call us first on 01730-035960 so we can arrange the courier. Tailored and custom-dyed pieces cannot be exchanged.
Size exchanges
If a panjabi does not fit, send it back unworn within seven days and we will exchange it for another size free of charge — we cover the return courier. Sarees and unstitched lengths are one size, so they can only be exchanged if unopened.
